20R Series No-Rise Setters
- Available end connections: FIP, MIP, CTS (-22, T,
Q).
- Standard offset right full flow bypass with
shutoff valve and lockwing.
- Shut off ball valve with lockwing in and out.
- Special flange to flange meter spreads available
upon request.
- Optional test tee on outlet side of setting used
for testing meter while in-line.
- Setting offers low profile ridged construction.
- All cast components made from Certified ANSI/
C800-01 cast brass.
- Also available in "EB2" ("No-Lead").
- Standard integral FIP x FIP inlet/outlet
configuration.
- Full-port bypass comes standard.
- Equipped with locking style ball valves with
blowout proof cap and stem.
- Encapsulated lugs under cap provide 90° open to
close operation.
- Cap and stem includes two BUNA-N or EPDM o-ring
seals.
- Brass Teflon coated ball for use in potable water
systems.
- BUNA-N or EPDM rubber seals held and sealed in
place with adhesive.
- Standard flange to flange spread = 13 3/8" for 1
1/2" meter and 17 3/8" for 2" meters.
- Natural BUNA-N or EPDM rubber (in accordance with
ASTM D2000) meter flange gaskets are provided
with all meter settings.
- Flange to flange dimension is slightly larger
than meter and two gaskets dimension for easy
installation and removal.
- Each unit is 100% factory tested air underwater.
- These setters are designed for use with potable
water.

Detachable Tee Head

Available in all sizes and configurations of ball corporation stops (3/4, 1, 1 1/2, 2).
Allows for large tee operating head to be removed for inserting corporation into main with existing tapping machines.
Comes with drilled hole for attaching operating extension rod. Provided with stainless steel 9/64 allen head set screw.
Made from ANSI/AWWA C800-01 approved material (85 copper, 5 of tin, lead and zinc). |

Stop and Drain Ball Valves
Valves are directional (Cast arrows on side of valve body indicate direction flow must go for drain to work as designed).
Body design includes heavy wrench flats for ease of installation.
Maximum 150 PSIG water working pressure.
Enclosed and protected large cast brass stops allow 90° open to closed and closed to open motion.
One piece, solid brass (blow-out proof) operating cap and stem includes two BUNA-N or EPDM rubber o-ring seals and hole for operating key.
