COVID-19 Message From the President and CEO

To Our Customers,

The daily news surrounding COVID-19/Coronavirus continues to be prevelant every day. While concern remains in our communities, businesses, and the world at-large, there are significant signs of improvement ahead. We want to ensure you of our continued commitment and ongoing ability to serve your business.

As part of A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co.’s Business Continuity plan, we continue to utilize our Coronavirus Preparedness Team, to help us navigate through this uncertain time and to ensure we continue to serve our customers. We are focused on doing everything we can to minimize the risk of exposure to our people and maintain the supply of products to our customers.

Customer Service:
A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is continuing every effort to ensure that the presence of COVID-19 will not affect the work we do for our customers. Our plants and offices remain open; however, we have adequately prepared ourselves to manage in the event of a disruption to one of our plants. We operate multiple plants throughout North America and are doing all we can for continued operations.

Health and Safety:
The health and safety of our customers, co-workers and our communities is of critical importance to us. We continue to advise co-workers on preventive measures, staying away from work if they or any of their household is ill and have continued “social distancing” strategies with keeping a reduced density of co-worker groups, including having many of our office co-workers working from home.

Travel and Meetings:
A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. has started the process of reviewing and approving travel as states and local governments have eased or lifted travel restrictions. We are following all local, state, and national guidelines in resuming business practices regarding travel.

Our sales and management teams are working remotely. We have and will continue to tailor our approach to meet our customers’ needs and communicate with you in whatever way most suits you.
